Teledyne Technologies, USA, has announced the acquisition of CDL, UK. The acquired business will operate under the name Teledyne CDL. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in Aberdeen, CDL is a supplier of subsea inertial navigation systems and motion sensors for a variety of marine applications.
