QUATERNARY CONSTRUCTION OF QUANTUM CODES FROM CYCLIC CODES OVER F4 þ uF4

摘要

We give a construction for quantum codes from linear and cyclic codes over Fn4 t uFn4.We derivenHermitian self-orthogonal codes over Fn4 as Gray images of linear and cyclic codes over Fn4 t uFn4.nIn particular, we use two binary codes associated with a cyclic code over Fn4 t uFn4 of odd lengthnto determine the parameters of the corresponding quantum code.
