Editorial announcement

摘要

I am very pleased to welcome two new Co-editors to the Editorial Team of the International Journal of Public Sector Management (IJPSM) this year - Dr Mike Rowe of Liverpool School of Management, University of Liverpool, UK and Dr Amanda Smith, of the Geography Department at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Mike was a civil servant in the UK Department of Social Security before taking up research at Nottingham Trent University as an NAO Research Fellow. His research interests are in issues of public accountability, particularly in services delivered to the most vulnerable, but also in the context of partnerships in inner-city regeneration. He moved to Liverpool University where he now acts as Programme Director for the Masters' in Public Administration.
