摘要

In both the public and private sectors, management is choosing more and more often to organise non-routine activities as projects and programmes, where programmes can be considered to be clusters of projects aimed at creating value for the organisation or organisations capitalising the project. The papers in this special issue represent a selection of papers from the Managing Projects track of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference held in Paris in May 2007 entitled Projects and programmes: Strategies for creating value in the face of uncertainty.
