Preface

摘要

To assume the function of Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Nuclear Law is a particularly high honour for me, as well as a pleasure and responsibility. I am highly honoured because I succeed in this office the renowned Professor Andre Maiesseu, the tireless champion of political integrity with respect to nuclear energy, who from now on will continue to honour us in the capacity of Honorary Editor-in-Chief, together with the distinguished Mohamed El Baradei. I am pleased because the hobby that I have had for a long time - nuclear energy - has now become an important duty that adds more value to my daily work. I also feel responsible because 1 am convinced that developing the safe production of nuclear energy is a key responsibility of all humanity in the 21st century.
