摘要

The results of measurements of the density and physicomechanical properties of composites based on cubic boron nitride with additions of silicon and titanium nitrides in composition with yttria and alumina are presented depending on the sintering temperature (T = 1200-1800 degrees C) at a pressure of 5 GPa and the dispersity of the initial cubic boron nitride powder. A new superhard material "Belanit" has been obtained with a density of 3.4 g/cm(3), Vickers hardness HV1 of 46.6 GPa, Knoop hardness HK1 of 27.6 GPa, Young's modulus of 534 GPa, and a Poisson ratio of 0.18.
