摘要

In this paper, the nonlinear multi-factor extension mathematics comprehensive evaluation of the science-technology development conditions has been studied. The kinds of the influence factors of them are analyzed by the nonlinear multi-factor extension mathematics comprehensive evaluation method (NMEMCEM). The extension comprehensive evaluation's matter-element model of the science-technology development condition is established by the matter-element theory, the extension set theory and the correlation function theory. A multi-factor comprehensive evaluation for the science-technology development condition in Jiangsu Province is presented by the NMEMCEM. The given example shows the practical application of the comprehensive evaluation method.
