Clarification on Decision

On page 726 of my article, "The Essence of Non-Decision: CIA's Deferral of Declassifying JFK-Era Documents" (IJIC, Vol. 29, No. 4, Winter 2016-2017, pp. 724-737), the following section should have read: A decision on the case, known as National Security Archive vs. Central Intelligence Agency, came from a federal district court judge in 2012; she ruled that the CIA could continue to keep the Pfeiffer volume classified. The Archive appealed her ruling to a circuit court in Washington, DC, which, in May 2014, affirmed the district court's decision.
