OPG reports good progress at Niagara and Lower Mattagami

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) reports mostly solid advances in its construction projects with concrete lining of the Niagara Power Tunnel approaching completion, and good progress being achieved at most of the four station projects of the Lower Mattagami scheme.
