Private partner sought for Ruzizi Ⅰ and Ⅱ

Energie des Grands Lacs (EGL) is to tender for a private sector partner to oversee the rehabilitation and subsequent operation and maintenance of the Ruzizi Ⅰ and Ⅱ hydro plants on the Ruzizi, a transboundary river between the states of the DRC, Rwanda and Burundi.
