This book is based on a March 1945 Allied Intelligence report on the Todt organisation (OT), intended to give the allied forces an indication of the workings of 'OT', the construction arm of the Nazi occupation of Europe, its potential as a source of Nazi resistance, and as a basis for reconstruction.
