摘要

Power market is a market of market-economy system, it's closely related to producer and consumer. Under the power system's safe and reliable operation, we studied that used the theory of the maximum subordinative degree to build a optimal double-aim model which will both economizing on energy resources and giving consideration to the benefit of power network. It will achieve active power load's economic distribution.
