Creation of Labor Correspondence Matrix On The Basis of Public Statements for the Development of Computer Transport Model of the Region

This article describes the method of labor correspondence matrix development based on publicly available report data of the Russian Federation Federal Tax Service. The proposed method with the use of the "gravity model" allows you to develop an actual labor correspondence matrix in a first approximation, for its subsequent use in the creation of transport models in the Russian Federation regions with the use of different sets of transport modeling. Within this methodology the evaluation of such common phenomenon as labor "pendulum" migration is possible. This phenomenon is characteristic of modern urban agglomerations. An example of the proposed methodology implementation is provided for the assessment of labor correspondences "home-work" in the formation of a transport system model for a standard Russian Federation region. The obtained results may be used by domestic developers of transport models and by foreign suppliers of transport modeling systems to take into account the Russian Federation specifics in its products.
