摘要

This special issue of the International Journal of Electronic Governance devoted on Methodologies, Technologies and Tools enabling E-government responds both to the increasing of the academic literature on this topic, and to an ambition of publicising some young scholars' research work. The special issues collect the best papers from the 8th edition of the International Conference on Methodologies, Technologies and Tools enabling e-Government (MeTTeG).
