Risks in business design for critical infrastructures: the 'DASHBOARD' concept

A method is proposed to assess critical infrastructures vulnerabilities, in terms of derived indicators for system evolution and its future states. Different classes of distortions are further monitored for the purpose of estimating, relative frequency of a system failure, by using the "Dashboard" concept.
