Re-Engineering is the Process of Working for easy way out. It is applied in many public sectors for improving the way of working. In the present study we have studied the effects, advantages, Components of re-engineering, mythology and various steps on it. We have also discussed its effects in various public sectors. A successful re-engineering effort affects not only a person but also his every part on the Business. Therefore a re-engineered Co-operation must be and it should be transferred at all levels.
