Call for Papers: Special Issue on Mobile Internet: Content, Security, and Terminal

摘要

The mobile Internet is incontrovertibly a great success that has changed our social and economic world. It provides the means to share and distribute (new) multimedia content and services with superior quality and striking flexibility, in a trusted and personalized way, improving citizens' quality of life, working conditions, and edutainment and safety. The convergence of information and communication technology is most palpable in the form of smart mobile terminals, whereas the security and privacy are still open issues, which are attracting more and more researchers. In this respect, future mobile Internet should be designed to overcome current limitations and to address emerging trends including: content and service mobility, diffusion of heterogeneous nodes and terminals, and trustworthiness and privacy.
