摘要

This study examined the effects of trust, supplier involvement, and face-to-face relationship on financial performance. The objective of this research was to examine how supply chain performance defined by selected financial measures is affected by different types of interaction within supply chain relations. Our model was tested using data from a sample of 106 organisations chosen from the manufacturing industry located in the North American continent. The results showed positive relationships between a trust and financial performance b supplier involvement and financial performance. However, the results for face-to-face relationship during site visits and financial performance were not significant.
