Shares in UK-listed Regal Petroleum gained ground July 27 after the company announced a Ukrainian ministry ruling allowing it to resume gas production.rnThe explorer said it has received a written decision from the district administrative court of Kiev, concluding that the environment ministry order that suspended production was unlawfully issued and ordering its cancellation. Regal's shares rose sharply after the announcement and were trading 16.5% higher at £0.51 ($0.84) later that morning.
