Slovenia prints blow-out euro return

Investors are betting that slovenia's economy will soon turn around despite negative growth and weak public finances, after pouncing on the country's first public bond in euros in three years. The Balkan nation, which nearly followed Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Cyprus by needing an official bailout after its banking system teetered on the brink of collapse, raised €2bn through €1bn of 1.75% October 2017 and €1bn of 3% April 2021 notes on Tuesday.
