Credit Suisse Asset Management has filed a legal claim against the issuer, note trustee and agent bank of the Titan Europe 2006-1 CMBS in the English High Court. As a holder of the deal's Class X notes, the asset manager has alleged that there has been miscalculation of the notes' interest rate. The claimant believes it has been underpaid or previous interest payment dates and will be underpaid in future if the interest rate calculations are not changed. Credit Suisse Asset Management describes these as "significant and material sums".
