Hong Kong loses dual-currency IPO

Honc kong airlines international has dropped a renminbi tranche from its proposed US$600m IPO in an effort to push forward the delayed SAR listing. The decision to amend the trade, which would have been Hong Kong's first dual-currency IPO, came after China's central bank devalued the renminbi two weeks ago, allowing the currency to fall nearly 4% in two days.
