Hatfield Philips published updates on the Fortezza loan portfolio in the windermere × CMBS last week. The servicer said the Fortezza borrower failed to meet the terms that would have permitted it a further extension on the maturity date of the loans for the IFB&Pavia facility to January 2016. The borrower missed the April 15 debt repayment deadline, which required the outstanding principal amount on the Fortezza loan to not exceed €65m and the amount on the IFB&Pavia facility to be equal or lower than €25m.
