Freddie mac is offering a new US$775m risk-sharing RMBS bond issue with a structure intended to widen the investor base for such trades in the current tight market. The deal is the first in what the agency expects will be up to US$8bn in risk-sharing issuance in 2015 - a heady level of supply that would benefit from more potential buyers.
