Poland will likely kick off its next year's foreign debt issuance with a benchmark issue on the euro market in the first quarter, Reuters reported the finance ministry as saying. The ministry also said it may issue Green bonds to finance clean energy investments again in 2017 following a €750m issue last Monday. "A significant redemption of euro-denominated bonds is to take place in March, so at the start of the year we will have more flexibility with respect to choosing the moment of issuing debt," the finance ministry said.
