Israeli pharmaceutical teva may accelerate fundraising plans for its acquisition of Allergan Generics, with a US dollar bond potentially hitting the market as soon as this week, according to sources close to the deal. The company (rated Baal/ BBB+/BBB+) is hoping to raise at least US$22bn through several tranches across different currencies, but one of the sources said the US dollar portion will come first.
