Banco general is seeking a US$75m three-year bullet term loan. Mizuho Bank is the mandated lead arranger and bookrunner of the facility, which pays a margin of 130bp over Libor. Banks are being invited to join at an all-in pricing of 145bp and the lead arranger title via a 45bp upfront fee for commitments of US$20m or more, an all-in pricing of 141.67bp and the arranger title via a 35bp fee for US$10m-$19m, or an all-in pricing of 136.67bp and the participant title via a 20bp fee for US$5m-$9m. Funds are for general corporate purposes. The bank raised a US$400m three-year term loan last May and the deal was increased to US$500m in November. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citibank, Commerzbank and Wells Fargo were the mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. That deal paid a margin of 140bp over Libor.
