Carlyle, CSL target energy with SPAC debuts

Carlyle and CSL are throwing their support behind energy-focused SPACs that are both seeking to raise US$300m. The Carlyle vehicle, regalwood global energy, plans to buy upstream oil & gas assets outside the US, and the CSL vehicle, sentinel energy services, wants to acquire domestic oilfield services.
