PURPOSE: A method and a device for transceiving a multi protocol data frame are provided to comprise more than two FCSLs(Frame Convergence SubLayers), an FCSL LLC(Logic Link Control) for adding ID information to perceive data, and an MAC for transceiving the data, thereby searching the FCSLs without confusion. CONSTITUTION: An asynchronous SAP(Service Access Point) attach module(410) attaches an SAP, and transmits FCSLs to an asynchronous SAP(210). An asynchronous detach module(420) separates an SAP of a frame from the asynchronous SAP(210), and transmits the detached frame to an object SAP selection module(430). The object SAP selection module(430) determines an FCSL of the received frame. The first request detection module(440) requests a channel time assign module(460) to assign a CTA. The channel time assign module(460) is assigned with a channel from a PNC through an MLME SAP(300).
