Hedge fund Gramercy has raised dedicated capital to invest in Venezuela but has yet to put the money to work, believing a default is on the cards before things start to get better. Investment opportunities will arise in the country, but that "day is not today", Gramercy's Chief Financial Officer Robert Koenigsberger told IFR.
