SINOLINK SECURITIES proposes to issue six-year convertible bonds of up to Rmb6.8bn (US$1.03bn), having scrapped a private share placement of Rmb4.8bn in July. Proceeds will be used to replenish working capital to support the development of capital-based intermediary and brokerage businesses, among other things.
