The Odirnane structure returned to equity-linked on Wednesday, with care homes operator korian opting for the structure that earns 100% equity credit under IFRS accounting for its debut convertible bond. Launched with a base size of €200m, the bonds are perpetual and can be converted until December 31 2022, after which they can be called or bear interest at six-month Euribor plus 900bp.
