Argentine-based and Nasdaq-listed e-commerce platform mercadolibre took the opportunity to address its long-term funding needs via a rare US$800m 10-year CB. After a day of marketing, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan priced the CB with a 2% coupon and 35% conversion premium, the investor-friendly ends of talk at 1.5%-2%, up 35%-40%.
