South Korea readies US dollar return

The republic of korea is preparing to return to the global bond market as early as September, taking advantage of a calmer geopolitical backdrop even as markets remain volatile. South Korea, rated Aa2/AA/AA-, invited bookrunners to answer a request for proposals last week for an offshore sovereign bond.
