Financial technology start-up origin said it is trialling software to automate the drafting of final terms for bond issuances. The UK-headquartered company has teamed up with law firm allen & overy on the initiative and is testing the software with the International Finance Corporation. Origin said it plans to test the software later with a wider number of issuers before going live by the end of the year.
