DANKSKE BANK on Tuesday issued its first senior non-preferred bond in US dollars, quickly following on the heels of an inaugural euro offering in the structure in May. The Nordic bank mandated the three-part offering - comprising 5.25-year fixed and floating-rate notes and a 10-year fixed - on Monday at the close of European business and the US opening. A call was held in the US afternoon with more than 20 investors participating.
