US junk bond sales hit choppy market

Some cracks have emerged in the US junk bond market, where investors pushed back against some of the largest bond sales of the week after getting stung by recent new issues. Engineering and construction company mcdermott international and beauty products maker coty were both forced to cut the size of new bond offerings and hike yields after receiving lukewarm demand from the buyside.
