Online fashion platform ABOUT YOU is targeting at least €600m in fresh capital through a float in Frankfurt that will also include a secondary component and greenshoe. About You intends to invest in expanding its international commerce operations, accelerating the roll-out of its software-as-a-service business, and in its tech infrastructure and distribution centres. About You recorded revenue of €1.17bn in its financial year to February 28, up 57% from a year earlier and it expects to increase revenue by 40%-50% in fiscal 2021-22. The group reached profitability on an adjusted Ebitda basis in the three months to the end of February. About You said its platform appeals to people who demonstrate a high affinity with social media, digital marketing and branding and it has relationships with more than 10,000 influencers and customers in 23 countries.
