Financing ready as battle for Coherent continues

Optical components maker LUMENTUM HOLDINGS and its peer Ⅱ-Ⅵ are battling it out in a bidding war for laser maker Coherent, both backed by substantial financings. JP Morgan has provided a fully committed debt financing to support Ⅱ-Ⅵ's bid, while Deutsche Bank is providing the loan to back the buyout offer from Lumentum.
