ENERGEAN ISRAEL completed a US$2.5bn four-tranche offering on Tuesday with the lack of production from its largest gas fields proving no impediment to the deal flying out the door. Energean is an independent E&P company focused on the exploration, development and production of gas-focused assets in the eastern Mediterranean.
