Renewable energy company TERNA ENERGY has its sights set on a €50m capital increase to fund new investments and the development of three wind farms. An EGM is set for September 1 for shareholders to vote on the proposed capital increase which will not include pre-emption rights. The raise would consist of around 4.6m new shares to be placed at a minimum price of €11 each.
