QUANTA COMPUTER has launched a US$lbn three-year revolving credit facility into general syndication. Mega International Commercial Bank is the mandated lead arranger and bookrunner of the bullet loan, which carries a two-year extension option with a 5bp fee. The facility comprises a US$600m Tranche A for Quanta and a US$400m Tranche B for Cayman-incorporated subsidiary Quanta International. Tranche A is unsecured, while Tranche B is guaranteed by the parent company.
