Prosus details Just Eat bridge loan

Details have emerged on the £4.95bn bridge loan backing consumer internet company prosus' bid for British food delivery firm Just Eat. JP Morgan is initially providing the financing as coordinating bookrunner and mandated lead arranger. The financing, which is available in sterling, euros, US dollars and other currencies, comprises a £550m up to 12-month cash bridge facility and a £4.4bn up to 18-month debt take-out bridge, which has two six-month extension options.
