CAF broadens investor net in green sector

Corporacion Andina de Fomento broadened its reach in the ESG market last week when it printed an upsized €750m seven-year Reg S green bond - a first for the Latin American development bank. While caf, rated Aa3/A+/AA-, has privately placed water, education and green bonds, this was the first such issue to go out more broadly into the global market, said Gabriel Felpeto, the bank's CFO.
