Technology firm clobant has signed a US$350m credit comprising a US$250m revolving credit facility and a US$100m delayed-draw term loan. The five-year facilities are priced at 150bp over Libor, but can rise to 175bp with an increased maximum total leverage ratio. HSBC is administrative agent on the deal. Citigroup, BNPParibas, BBVA, TruistBank, US Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, ]P Morgan and Bank of America are also lenders.
