Credit Suisse beefs up growing ITS business

CREDIT SUISSE is making 10 hires in its International Trading and Solutions unit, a further sign of the growth potential senior management sees in cross-selling products from its investment bank to its large roster of high-net worth clients. Four of the additions come in fixed-income investor products, according to people familiar with the matter, which focuses on packaging and selling structured products to clients. The bank is also hiring six people in its solutions sales team, a group that spans asset classes and services both wealth management and institutional clients.
