HY investor group strikes out on its own

The Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) and high-yield investor interest group the European Leveraged Finance Association (ELFA) have announced an end to their formal affiliation, with the split due to come into effect from July 1. The organisations reached a mutual decision following the conclusion of a six-month trial period. ELFA was formed at the beginning of the year as an associate group to AFME's high-yield division. AFME is one of the largest European financial markets trade bodies.
