NOMURA has been removed as a lead manager from a number of domestic bond issues after the Japanese brokerage said that several employees had leaked confidential information. On May 24, Osaka Gas took the unusual step of removing the firm as a lead manager ahead of pricing on its formcoming deal. Honda Finance, Komatsu, Tokyo Metro, Fuji Oil Holdings, Okinawa Development Finance Corp, Welfare and Medical Service Agency, and Japan Housing Finance Agency followed suit.
