Surging investor demand for lyft's IPO saw pricing of 32.5m shares at US$72.00 apiece, the top of the upwardly revised US$70-$72 marketing range and a bump from the 30.77m shares marketed. Lyft secured a US$24.1bn valuation on the IPO, well above the previous US$15.1bn private market mark, and is now flush with cash.
