Schaeffler amends and extends €2.3bn Loan

Automotive parts maker SCHAEFFLER has amended and extended its existing €2.3bn syndicated loan as the company continues to move towards an investment-grade financing structure to reduce interest costs. The financing comprises a €lbn term loan with a refreshed five-year plus one-year extension option and a €1.3bn revolving credit facility with a five-year plus two one-year extension option.
